Tomorrow Mattress Review

          We're currently redecorating our master bedroom and we decided we wanted to get a new mattress as well since we weren't really happy with the one we had. So when Tomorrow sleep mattress agreed to send us one in exchange for a review we thought why not?

          We have had our new mattress so far for three nights and so I wanted to give you guys a little review of what we thought about it so far. And then in the coming few weeks I'll include another review and share some updated master bedroom pictures as well.

       The hybrid mattress comes in a box wrapped tightly and they include a cute little cutter to open it. As soon as you cut into the plastic the mattress starts expanding. You'll want to open it over your box springs so you don't have to move it after. We went with the Medium Soft in the King size.

      This review is going to be completely honest and the opinion of myself and my husbands. The first morning after waking up my back hurt, my hubby said to give it a few nights to let my back adjust to the new bed. I was so skeptical and thought he was crazy. Morning two after I woke up I didn't have any back pain and we both slept great! Night three we both slept great again like deep sleep great and I didn't have any back pain. So hopefully the first night my hubby was right and it was just a fluke! I'll keep you guys updated and if you have any questions feel free to reach out.

My favorite shops for the girls

Hey guys!! I've been getting a lot of messages about where I shop for the girls so I'm going to share with you some of my favorite shops and stores we love. 

First of all, shopping for my girls is one of my favorite things to do ever! Even better than shopping for me and I never thought I would never say that!  haha So thank you so much for all the sweet words and messages it truly means so much to me and makes me so happy to hear you love it too. 

So I'm going to start with my favorite actual stores I like to shop at for the girls.

1. Old navy has to be my number one choice, hands down. I feel like they are always on point with fashion trends, like the espadrilles the girls are wearing here.

And you really can't beat their prices either! I always check their new arrivals and do an online order once a month to get the girls a few new fresh trendy items.  They just released some of their fall clothes and its so good!!

2. Zara. Okay so since I like in Bako and there really isn't any super good stores here I tend to do online orders and this store gives me all the heart eyes. And in my opinion it's a little pricier than other stores so I don't order as much as I'd like to. #boo👎🏻 But it's a good one for sure to check out! 

3. H&M. I really like the way h&m clothes fit on my daughter. I love this store for more of fun play clothes for the girls and dress up tutus and their shorts and denim bottoms are my absolute favorite finds here. I am not one to buy by child character clothes except for pajamas and I like that this store has fun clothes like that, that don't give off that character vibe. The yellow tops pictures above are from here for $5! And I also scored this over all dress that blake is wearing here..

4.Cotton On. This one can get a little pricey in my opinion too but if you catch a good sale then you can find some super good stuff. I got the girls these outfits pictured here for a steal and they are still a favorite of ours. 

5. Target. I mean, target duh! You knew I wasn't going to leave this one out! 😜So for me target is actually hit or miss as far as the toddler department goes. They have a certain section of the toddler department I like best, which is usually the corner part that's most seen when you walk by. That's where I find the more trendy and fashionable pieces. But I will say they have upped their prices in the last year or so and I'm just not feeling spending $25 on each dress for my two girls. 😳

Pink Blush

Is there really even a cuter shop name than shop Pink Blush?? I mean, its pretty darn cute! Back when I was prego with Blakely I purchased my first item from them and fell in LOVE with the quality and cuteness!  //I included a picture down below//

I was so excited when Alisha from shop pink blush reached out and wanted to collab, of course not only for me but for my friends to also win a $50 shop credit. Since spring is right around the corner I picked out a super cute kimono from their shop. I love love love it! This kimono will definitely be on repeat. Did you know shop pink blush offers maternity and women clothing?

 Kimonos are so easy to dress up or down in my opinion. Next time I wear mine I'll pair it with some distressed short and a tank for a more casual look. Be sure to check out their shop for some super cute and affordable clothing!

Lucky Charm CupCakes

One way my four year old and I like to spend our one on one time together is in the kitchen baking while brother and sister nap. Cupcake's are usually our go to and with littles they should always be fun and easy, thats why I love these Lucky Charm cupcakes.

I love being in the kitchen with her and making fun memories with just her and I. I let her pick out a cake box while on a target run to get her extra excited. Her go to is always funfetti! We decided to add green food coloring to the mix for St. Pattys Day. 

  Even though we aren't Irish we will take any and all excuses to get our holiday on! After the cupcakes were baked and cooled we frosted them and Joslyn decorated with the lucky charm cereal. If you have littles then you'll know cereal plus cupcakes is like heaven to them, and makes me the coolest mom ever. 

   Glambanners sent us some adorable St. Patricks Day cupcake toppers and a super cute banner which totally makes the cupcakes pop! If your throwing an event or party definitely check out her shop for some amazing party items.

Valentine's Party

Valentines is by far my favorite holiday. I just love seeing all the pink and reds placed subtely around the house, it really does feel like love is in the air! One of the newer traditions I started for my littles is throwing them a Valentines lunch. 

This week one of their favorite movies came out so I decided to plan their lunch around the movie release to make it extra special for them.

For lunch they had a heart shaped sandwich, yogurt with sprinkles, teddy grahams, some festive popcorn, and mini cupcakes. So basically, my kids had sugar! 

For the teddy grahams I just got a straw and dipped it in frosting to stick the hearts to the bears. Super cute, easy and the kids loved it!

For the popcorn, I melted white chocolate and drizzled it all over the popcorn and then added some cute heart sprinkles.

I bought their favorite yogurt and then just sprinkled it as well.. Sprinkles are a game changer I tell ya!

I set up a small craft after they finished eating as well. I found these super cute stickers that the kids got to color themselves which ended up being Joslyn's favorite. I also put out glitter poms, glitter stickers with glue sticks with construction paper.

Seeing how excited they get over the littlest things makes my mama heart so happy and all the extra effort so worth it!
